Versus Corvallis
July 5, 2018
After getting swept in a series for the first time this season, the Bellingham Bells will look to bounce back versus one of the top teams in the West Coast League's South Division. The Bells play the Corvallis Knights tonight at Joe Martin Field.
Bellingham dropped their Independence Day match-up versus Victoria 3-to-2 at home. The 3 straight defeats marks the longest losing streak of the season for the Bells (0-1 WCL Second Half), who won the North Division 1st half with a record of 18-and-8.
The Corvallis Knights finished the first half of the season with a record of 13-and-10, second place in the South Division. Tonight's match-up is the first game of the second half for Corvallis.
Nick Nastrini (3-0; 0.39 ERA) will hit the mound for Bellingham. First pitch is scheduled for 6:35pm.
