Mt. Baker at Sehome Highlights Saturday

Two teams looking for their first victories of the season highlight a busy Saturday of prep football for Whatcom County. The Mount Baker Mountaineers will battle the Sehome Mariners at 7:00pm at Civic Stadium.
The 10th ranked Mountaineers are coming off a 35-34 last second loss to Lynden at home in week number one. The Mariners also fell in the final seconds in their season opener, losing to Nooksack Valley on the road 28-21.

In other action on Saturday, Meridian takes on Colville at 1:00pm at the Peshastin-Dryden Sports Complex. Both teams are ranked in the top-10 in the 1A ranks. The Trojans are 6th, while the Indians are 9th.
Bellingham (0-1) is also in action Saturday. The Red Raiders will square off with Lakewood (1-0) at Civic Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:00pm.
